Below you will find everything you need to know about your stay in our appartements: we have listed the current prices & seasonal periods as well as the most important information about the booking - from check-in and check-out times to payment and cancellation conditions.

• The prices are per appartment per night.
• The visitor's tax of € 2,20 per adult person (from 16 years) is charged separately.
• The final cleaning fee for each appartment is € 160.
• Check-In: On the day of arrival your appartment is ready for occupancy from 3 p.m.
• Check-Out: We kindly ask you to vacate the appartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
• On request you can also bring your pet (surcharge per day will be added separately).
• The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
• As a deposit you will be charged 40% of the total price (payment deadline: 14 days after booking, payment by bank transfer).
• The remaining amount has to be paid 1 week prior to arrival via bank transfer.
• Cancellation conditions: more than three months before planned departure: free of charge, 3 months to 1 month before: 40 % of the appartment price, 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the appartment price, within 7 days before planned arrival: 90 % of the appartment price, in case of no-show: 100 % of the appartment price.
